He had one son and three daughters with Mary between 1886 and 1892.

 

He had four brothers and six sisters.

The date of his death is sometime after 1892 and before 1896.

 

After David's death, Mary married John Coates in 1896.  John Coates and Mary had one child together.

 

During the 1900 census, Mary is listed as being the mother of 6 children, 5 living.

It is not known if the 6th child is from the union of David Lock & Mary or John Coates and Mary.
