When Laura Etta Lock was born on April 9, 1875, in Dublin, Georgia, her father, John, was 48, and her mother, Loucie, was 37.

 

She had five sons and seven daughters with Andrew Jackson Rozier between 1894 and 1918.

 

She died on April 5, 1972, in Vidalia, Georgia, at the age of 96.
